Any information gathered is used solely by Certify Your Service Dog, LLC for the sole purpose of customer service. All data is kept confidential and is maintained in a secure file and database which is NOT connected to any network or the internet.

DISCLAIMER
Certify Your Service Dog, LLC agrees to sell service dog identification and handler identification cards to any disabled American who qualifies for this privilege.

Service Dog Certification and/or Registration is not required by law. Certify Your Service Dog, LLC defines certification as our process of qualifying individuals and their dogs to receive identification which substantiates that they are adhering to the ADA guidelines.

Certify Your Service Dog, LLC, its employees or any other representative do not claim to approve or qualify individual’s specific disabilities, the training of their service animal, nor their conduct.

Certify Your Service Dog, LLC does not guarantee that our identification will ensure the public or private sector’s compliance with ADA laws.

Certify Your Service Dog, LLC has provided links to Federal Laws, governing sites and legal information for your knowledge. It is the consumer’s responsibility to investigate local laws which may have additional guidelines and may differ state to state.
